Yeah, the avatar shows up in the profile, but only until I click the update button. After that, if I go back to the profile page, The avatar is gone and the dropdown box is set to none again.

No I meant the profile page like when you click the profile icon on the topic pages it shows their profile, that type of profile. Does it show there?

Yeah, it shows up there.. Here is the problem as I see it. When I go into the control panel and look at a members profile, in the field for the avatar path there is a url that looks like this- http://http://myurl.com/ubb/ubb/avatar/whatever.gif. Now, if I take the extra http:// out, everything works fine. But.. I'm not suppose to have to do that, and I know I screwed something up, but I'll be darned if I can find the location of my mistake.

Yeah, try re-hacking and see what happens. It's probably a hacking error.

I restored backed up files and rehacked and everything is working great! Thanks for the help!

How do I fix the massive space I get around the posts?

How do i use that Script Hack Wizard? I cant find any SWH file nor cant read anything about it in the documentation?

Also, when i try to manually edit ubb_profile.cgi i cant find this line

How come?

Script Hack Wizard is an auto-install program made by Sayaan Faruqi (aka. Hercules), but he stopped supporting it. You can get it from http://shw.coders-net.com/download.shtml if you wish, but use it on your peril and MultiHack is much better IMO . Avatar Hack also includes a MultiHack file, avatar00007e.mhx or something like that. Get MultiHack from www.multihack.com

my webhost is down for chaning connection..but I can try to explain. When someone post a message and its small like just 1-3 lines long. The layout in the post window get strange. The user menu with the homepage, edit, quote, email, pm and stuff is on the middle of the page. Not on the top. Hope you understand.

Yeah, thats because the author coloum is longer than the post table.

UBB 6.3 has avatar's included! There's no reason to use this hack.
